We have used the services of Cobb Medical Transcription since June 1995. During this time, the service provided to us has been nothing but professional, efficient, accurate, and prompt. In March of this year, Cobb Medical Transcription introduced us to, and we implemented, the Olympus Digital Voice Recorder. Each day after our physicians complete their dictation we download it to our office PC. The transcriptionist then dials in and retrieves the dictation. After she has completed it, she returns the transcription to us via modem. This system has worked extremely well. The turnaround time has significantly decreased because pickup of tapes and return of the transcription has been eliminated. We can correct any letter or dictation without sending it back because the files are on our PC. I can't begin to explain how all this works. All I can say is "it does" and we are very pleased with this system and the services provided by Cobb Medical Transcription.

It is a pleasure for me to recommend the transcription services of Cobb Medical Transcription and the satisfaction of using their services for many years. The timeliness and accuracy of their transcription are excellent. We tried to have the task performed by an in-house transcriptionist but with 5 providers the response time was not acceptable.
