• Have at least one year of practical experience in a hospital or clinical setting, or graduated from
  an accredited medical transcription course with high honors
• Are able to produce accurate and neat reports with attention to detail
• Are self-disciplined and organized
• Flexible to be able to take on more work responsibilities when asked
• Committed to patient confidentiality
• Dependable and committed to follow through with the work in a 24-hour period
• Personable and work well with others
• Have general knowledge of computers with experience in Windows and Microsoft Word
