All of our employees and independent contractors are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and HIPAA Compliance Agreement in order to abide by the HIPAA Privacy Standards. Before commencing with our services, we will provide you with a signed Business Associates Agreement outlining our compliance with all HIPAA regulations. |
